(November 19, 2012 – Toronto, ON) Montreal/Ottawa’s Obey The Brave have just announced that they will be supporting Emmure and Whitechapelon their upcoming “Brothers of Brutality” North American tour. The tour will begin in Knoxville, TN at The Valarium on January 8, 2013 and will wrap up in NYC, NY at Irving Plaza on February 11, 2013. The tour includes Canadian stops in Toronto (February 6) and Montreal (February 7). Full tour details are below.
“I toured with Whitechapel and Emmure twice back in the day with my previous band. Stoked to finally catch up with those dudes and share the stage once again,” says lead vocalist Alex Erian. “We’ll be hitting a bunch of states for the first time on this run.  Let’s start 2013 with a BANG. This tour is gonna be a rager. See ya then!”
Obey The Brave is vocalist Alex Erian (ex-Despised Icon), bassist Miguel Lepage (ex-Blind Witness), guitarist John Campbell (ex-Blind Witness), guitarist Greg Wood and drummer Stevie Morotti. Fuelled by passion and a strong DIY ethic, Obey The Brave released their debut album Young Blood earlier this year through Distort in Canada. “Live and Learn” from Young Blood is currently charting at #5 on the CBC Metal Charts.
